We designed and built CheckBook, a mobile app for keeping track of cheques. Record each one with its bank, amount and due date, see what is due and what has been cashed, and get reminded before the day arrives.

A cheque is a date, an amount and a name. Once you have a dozen of them, in a drawer or a photo gallery, missing one due date is easy.

Instead of entering each cheque one by one, set the amount and the rhythm and let the app generate the list.
- Start with the totalThe total price and currency are required; the first cheque number is optional.
- Choose the rhythmAnywhere from 1 to 50 cheques, with the gap between them in months.
- See the durationThe app shows the total duration in months and in years before generating.
- Review and adjustEach cheque gets a number, an amount and a date; you can adjust the amounts, then complete the payee details and save.

Reminders are scheduled on the device itself, and cleaning up your data when you delete an account happens automatically on the server.

What is CheckBook?
CheckBook is a mobile app for Android and iPhone that keeps track of your cheques: banks, amounts, due dates and states, with a reminder before each due date.

For every cheque the app schedules three notifications on your phone: 3 days before, 1 day before and on the due day, at the hour you choose in settings.
What is the smart plan?
