01A day in the clinic

Six moments from an ordinary day

Follow Max, a three-year-old Golden Retriever, from the moment he walks in until the end of the day.

  1. Reception

    Ahmad arrives with Max. Search either name and the file opens: last visit, weight curve, vaccination status, and a red alert about his chicken allergy before you start.

  2. The examination

    You record temperature, pulse and diagnosis, then write the prescription. What you dispensed moves to the invoice, so nothing is entered twice.

  3. The invoice

    The same items are totalled, you mark the invoice paid, then print it or save a PDF for the owner.

  4. The next vaccine

    Bordetella in three weeks. The dose goes into the calendar and the owner gets a WhatsApp reminder beforehand. If the visit is completed or cancelled, the reminder stops on its own.

  5. The schedule

    The calendar shows what is confirmed and what is pending. Booking requests owners send from their app reach you to accept or to propose another time.

  6. End of day

    The dashboard sums up today’s sales, invoices and the vaccinations that need follow-up, before you lock up.

02Owner app

Owners follow their animal from their phone

No need to call and ask about an appointment or a vaccine. Everything about their animal is in front of them, and the clinic sees what they request.

Booking
Picks a service and a day; the request reaches the clinic to confirm or to suggest another time.
Record
Sees their animal’s vaccinations, weight and invoices at any time.
Notifications
Gets a notice before each appointment and vaccine, and chooses what to receive.

03Shared record

One animal, several clinics, the owner’s consent

When Max visits another clinic its vet does not start from zero, but nothing is shared without the owner’s permission.

Questions we hear often

Which devices does it run on?
Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, with a single account.
Does it support Arabic and English?
Yes. The whole interface is in Arabic and English (right-to-left and left-to-right), with a light and a dark appearance.
How do reminders reach the owner?
Through WhatsApp from the clinic’s own number, linked by scanning a QR code, and through notifications in the owner app.
Can several staff work together?
Yes. Each member has an account with permissions set by the clinic owner, and actions are written to an activity log.
Is my clinic’s data visible to other clinics?
No. Each clinic is isolated from the others, and an animal’s record is shared with another clinic only with its owner’s consent.
What happens if an owner deletes their account?
The login is deleted and its link to the animals ends, while the clinic’s records stay. Details are on the account deletion page.
